What is the condition of the disc?
All our new items are of the highest quality currently available in the entertainment market.
All used discs will play perfectly, but on occasions there may be possible shelf wear. Artwork is always included with the disc and case.
What is your Delivery policy?
ThatsEntertainment will despatch your order as soon as it possibly can. This is usually within 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days before you chase up your order.
Please remember that while our new titles will be brand new and fresh out of the box, some of our used titles cases may have some blemishes on it that are normal for day to day usage of pre-played CDs, DVDs, or Games, but the disc will always play perfectly and should always be structurally sound.
What is your Returns policy?
ThatsEntertainment.co.uk offers a full money back guarantee against any CD, DVD, Game, or Blu-Ray that is delivered and will not play perfectly.
However, please bear in mind that if you are purchasing a used item, then the CD, DVD, Game, or Blu-Ray you will be purchasing is pre-played and may have some slight surface scratching - we only guarantee that the CD, DVD, Game, or Blu-Ray we sell is in perfect playing order
- and if we find that the returned item does play perfectly on our own equipment, we do reserve the right to deduct an administration charge from your refund.
If you still think you need to return your CD, DVD, Game, or Blu-Ray please contact us with full details of the problem so we can issue you with a Returns Address.
You will then be asked to return the CD, DVD, Game, or Blu-Ray to this address. Full details are contained in our terms and conditions.
